This class is designed for yoga practitioners who are familiar with the basics of yoga. Alie will guide you in and out of postures with the breath, and you will also hold some poses for a longer duration. Expect thorough instruction of the fundamentals with strength building, balance postures, as well as increasing flexibility. Modifications and variations for postures will be offered.
